Step 1 — Download the Surfie App

1. After the purchase is complete, you will receive a “Welcome” email containing a “smart link” to download the parent app.
2. This link automatically detects your device (iOS or Android) and directs you to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store accordingly.

Create Your Parent Account

Open the app and register using the same email address used during checkout. This helps keep your subscription and setup aligned.

Add Child Device(s)

Follow the in-app instructions to connect your child’s phone or tablet. If you selected the family plan, you can add multiple devices according to your package.
